Cyberschool is not only easy to use, but is fully supported with help available both online and in person. IES, Inc. offers an array of services to ensure the smooth design, rollout, implementation and adoption of Cyberschool. From Web-based training programs to on-site professional development, our services are here to ensure that you succeed in reaching your communication goals.

IES, Inc. offers ongoing phone and email support. From the very moment you start with IES, Inc., you will have Tech Support to help execute a customized implementation plan. This ensures a clear understanding of your goals and guarantees a smooth transition.

IES, Inc. uses the following 4 phases to implement Cyberschool for your district/schools:

  • Phase 1 - Planning Phase: Our Tech Support reviews your district’s or school’s unique needs, goals, and technology resources and then discusses the function and structure of your website. A contract is then drafted and sent to you for your signature.
  • Phase 2 - Graphical Design: Our Tech Support will send you a “Graphic Design Information Request Form” to collect your district/schools logos, school colors, web addresses of your sites, slogans or specific quotes, menu choices for the district and each school within the district, etc. Our graphic designers will use the information and design a few mockups of the front page and inside pages of your district/schools website. After you decide upon which version of the front page to use for the project, our database programmer will work on the back-end design and will complete the site.
  • Phase 3 - Implementation and Launch: Our Tech Support will educate and train selected staff members of your district office on the use of Cyberschool within 10-30 business days upon completion of the site or when it is convenient for the staff. The set-up and rollout of Cyberschool will also include hands-on and on-site training of teachers on the use of Cyberschool. Our staff instructors will host small group training sessions for your teachers on your location (district or school site). Sessions are tailored to your school’s needs and are given to familiarize teachers and/or administrators with the Cyberschool platform, to answer feature-related questions, and to encourage school-wide ownership of the Cyberschool platform by modeling instructional and curricular applications. The Cyberschool platform is easy to use, and is fully supported with on-line help available both onscreen and in person. IES, Inc. offers Online Training sessions on the use of Cyberschool platform to enable all schools to have ongoing access to every resource possible to ensure success in your district or school.
  • Phase 4 - Ongoing Support: Our dedicated staff provide phone and email support on an ongoing basis. Our Technical Support is available to work with clients to resolve any and all technical issues that may be experienced. This support has proven critical in the successful implementation for all of our clients.
