The new classroom themes enable teachers to add a personal touch to their classroom pages. We have included a variety of themes including subjects, activities, seasons, national holidays, and more to choose from. Additionally, we have included a class builder wizard which has made creating/updating and modifying classroom pages intuitive and interactive for teachers. Use the Wizard to build custom designed classroom pages and provide students and parents with online access to lessons, assignments, and announcements. Classroom pages, with themes, can help teachers to maintain communication with absent students; get parents more involved by giving them access to their children's assignments; and make it simple for both teachers and students to monitor progress.

It is easy to turn classroom themes off, if a district decides not to make this feature available to its teachers.

To enhance usability, we have improved our podcast module. Embedding video on the home page or another page of the website is now smoother and easier for users. Simply upload a video to the podcast module and then use the embed code on the video player (located under the menu button) to copy and paste the embed code.

We have made the Homework & Projects module interactive and easy to maintain. Now, teachers can plan homework or projects on a weekly basis. They have the ability to add multiple subjects to each class and edit/update information throughout the year. Subjects will be the same as the Scope and Sequence so updating both isn’t necessary. Just add a subject on one and the other will automatically change. The module is presented in a nice list format which breaks down the year by months and then weeks. When students or parents view the page, the current week is expanded while the other weeks are collapsed for quick viewing.
